The second milestone focused on trust expansion and search improvements.

Key Updates:

  • Property Verification:
    OLPN now verifies properties, such as domains and publishing hubs, linking them directly to entities. This step is essential for connecting verified datasets and ActivityPub feeds to legal identities.
  • Canonical Profile IDs:
    Fixed duplicate search entries by introducing canonical profile IDs.
    Example:
    • ✅ Correct: https://olpn.org/search?olpn_id=§:entity:jedcain.com
    • ❌ Duplicate: https://olpn.org/search?olpn_id=jedcain.com
  • UI Improvements:
    Added JavaScript enhancements so the browser’s address bar now shows the correct profile ID when viewing an entity.
These changes improved network reliability and created a foundation for broader publishing verification.
